Accommodation close to Little Street Baths:

The closest accommodation that I could find to Little Street Baths is literally across the road at Island View 4, which has a commanding view of Little Street Baths from the balcony. Other options only slightly further away include Camelot and the Jamaica Holiday Units. The baths are around 700 metres from the Forster shops and 900 metres from the surf beach. Caravan and camping accommodation for Little Street Baths:

There is no camping permitted on the riverfront. There are several holiday parks in Forster and adjacent Tuncurry. Reflections Forster Beach is in an outstanding location, being within walking distance to the Forster shops, with the only drawbacks that it does not have a pool and is not pet friendly. Options with a pool include Smugglers Cove and Twin Dolphins. Smugglers Cove includes some great little water features for younger kids, as well as a double room with disability access.

Where I stayed and how I travelled to Little Street Baths:

When visiting Forster, I stayed overnight in accommodation in Port Macquarie, roughly 110 km to the north, and made the drive down the Pacific Highway to the Forster off ramp as a half-day trip. Lake Macquarie is a large town with all manner of facilities for visitors. There is no real advantage in staying in Port Macquarie rather than Forster, it just happened to be more convenient for me at the time.
