Where is the closest accommodation to Bexhill Quarry? Here are my nearby camping, homestay, and hotel suggestions and their distance to this swim. All distances below are by road to the parking area at the start of the path to the quarry. Above: The turquoise water of Bexhill Quarry (Order this image) There are no signs on site saying that you can't camp at Bexhill Quarry, mainly because it is a kind of abandoned place with no signs whatsoever. With no facilities and a lot of uneven ground, I'm not sure you would want to camp here anyway. There are a handful of accommodation options in the area surrounding the Bexhill village. The closest accommodation that I could find that had lots of previous guest reviews were two options either side of Bexhill.

If you would like to stay near Bexhill Quarry but still have access to a wider range of amenities, Lismore is only 10 km to the south-west of Bexhill. There are no campgrounds or caravan parks in Bexhill and no national parks nearby. There are several caravan parks in Lismore, all within easy driving distance to Bexhill, but some of these were affected by the floods in 2022, either due to flood damage or to provide emergency accommodation for locals whose homes were affected by the floods. One that appeared to be accepting guests in 2022 was the Lucky Country Leisure Park, which has a self-check in system with no bookings in advance.
